Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top goal.
We understand that things don't always go as planned. To help, we've put together a guide to our return process, created to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible:
Making a Return:
- 30-Day Window: Return requests need to be within 30 days of purchase.
- All parts carry a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty from the Manufacturer (Nissan). Warranty is only valid for parts installed by a manufacturer authorized Dealer, such as your local Nissan dealership.
- Packaging and Invoice: Please keep parts in their original packaging with the part number label undamaged as they must be resaleable and include a copy of your invoice.
- Packaging Condition: Parts must be uninstalled, unopened, and in undamaged packaging in order to receive a refund.
- VIN Verification: Providing your VIN at checkout helps us get the correct parts for you, but no need to stress—we’ll be happy to assist you even if it wasn’t provided.
- Non-Returnable Items: Most parts can be returned with a few exceptions (special-orders, electrical, installed/used parts, or parts under $25.00).
- Special order parts are not returnable, you will be advised if a part is special order before your parts originally ship.
- Restocking Fee: There is a 25% restocking fee charged to all returned parts.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping for returns is non-refundable.
- Part Inspection: All parts must be inspected before a refund will be issued.
- We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.

Cancellations:
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
Core Policy:
- Some parts have a refundable "core charge" to ensure old parts are returned. A core charge is a deposit you pay for up front, and then get back, after you return the old part.
- Customers pay for shipping core returns.
- Cores must be assembled, clean, complete, undamaged, and in original Nissan packaging with the Nissan part number label intact.
Damages:
- We have partnered with Extend to provide shipping protection on eligible orders. When a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, customers should visit Extend.com 24/7 or call (877) 248-7707 to start a claim. Extend will need the email address or contract ID tied to the purchase. Extend may ask for documentation like photos or a police report if stolen. Most issues are processed in minutes.
- You can file a claim for products damaged in transit as soon as the item is received. For loss and theft, you should wait 5 days after the expected delivery date.
- After claim approval: You can expect a store credit for the value of the product (plus shipping costs), making it easy to shop again!
