Welcome to NissanCheapParts.com! We're thrilled to get your order on its way. Here's what to expect:

Order Processing:

Order time: Allow 24-72 business hours for us to process your order. Orders placed after 3:00PM Central Time Monday through Friday or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Inventory: If an item is out of stock, we will special-order it and keep you informed by email (no calls!). To avoid multiple shipping charges, we will wait until the order is complete before we ship it. If a part is out of stock and must be ordered from our production warehouses, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you, but some special-ordered parts may take 5-7 business days to arrive to us and will be shipped to you immediately.

Delivery Time:

Most orders: Arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on factors like stock availability and chosen shipping method.
Ground shipments: Typically take 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Oversized items may have additional charges. We strive to provide timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee transit times for ground orders. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

Important Notes:

We do not accept phone/email orders. This ensures your order is trackable online.
Order cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel anytime, but you won't be charged and funds will be returned to you.
Sales tax: Mississippi state orders have sales tax added by law.
Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost.
International shipping: We do not currently provide international shipping but we look forward to serving your area in the future!
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
